Belmer is also one of the most accessible beaches in New Jersey. Happening 1.3-mile beach featuring a long boardwalk, surfing & other activities.

FROM North: NJ
Turnpike South to Exit 11 Garden State Parkway South, to exit 98. Take 138 east
to end. Stay left to Rt. 35 North and follow for 3 lights (approx 1/2 mile).
Turn right onto Tenth Avenue. Cross railroad tracks and Main Street. Beach is
straight ahead.
FROM South: NJ
Turnpike North to 195 East, Take 195 East to end. Stay left to Rt. 35 North,
and follow for 3 lights (approx 1/2 mile). Turn right onto Tenth Avenue. Cross
railroad tracks and Main Street. Beach is straight ahead.
FROM West: Take
295 to 195 East, Take 195 East to end. Stay left to Rt. 35 North and follow for
3 lights (approx 1/2 mile). Turn right onto Tenth Avenue. Cross railroad tracks
and Main Street. Beach is straight ahead.
Belmar is also
easily accessible via New Jersey Transit’s North Jersey Coast Line. The Belmar
Train Station is located between 10th & 8th Avenues, and the beach is a
pleasant 6-block walk away.
