Port Aransas is a city in Nueces County, Texas.  It is located close to Corpus Christi and north of Padre Island and is one of the longest barrier islands along the Texas coast. Dolphin are plentiful here, and Port Aransas is regarded as one of the best places in the country to take a dolphin tour. Dolphins are inquisitive, and might just surprise you by coming over to check you out.
