America's Everglades - The largest subtropical wilderness in the United States

Everglades National Park protects an unparalleled landscape that provides important habitat for numerous rare and endangered species like the manatee, American crocodile, and the elusive Florida panther.

An international treasure as well -  a World Heritage Site, International Biosphere Reserve, a Wetland of International Importance, and a specially protected areas under the Cartagena Treaty. The Everglades is an expansive area of land in South Florida, which consists of 1.5 million acres of wetland. There are three entrances to Everglades National Park. They are not connected, and all are accessed through different areas of South Florida.

All these areas offer a wide range of activities. You can take a short walk on the Anhinga Trail to spot abundant wildlife--turtles, herons and alligators! Climb atop Shark Valley's 65-foot observation tower for a bird's eye view of the glades. Glide over Florida Bay by tour boat or kayak for a chance to glimpse a crocodile, manatee, or dolphin. Watch as the sun sets over Flamingo, the southernmost point in mainland Florida. 

Explore the pinelands by bike, paddle amongst the mangroves on Nine-Mile Pond, or tour the historic Nike Hercules missile base. Join a ranger on a slough slog deep into the heart of a cypress dome. Find solitude on your own on a week-long canoe trip, camping along the 99-mile Wilderness Waterway.

Hollywood Beach is conveniently located just 10 minutes south of Port Everglades, the second largest cruise ship port in the United States, and only 30 minutes north from the Miami. 

Over 7 miles of Blue Wave Certified beaches. The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk offers everything we need for a perfect day at the beach. Restaurants, ice cream shops and charming hotels border a 2.5 mile (4 km) car-free oceanfront “Broadwalk” creating an amazing path for rollerblades, bicyclers and joggers.

Hollywood Trolley : The Hollywood Trolley makes getting around Hollywood Beach and Downtown a breeze. Visitors and residents can board the trolley at more than a dozen convenient locations near Hollywood’s major activity and parking areas.

Destin Beach

Destin White Sand Beach - Florida's Emerald Coast

Destin is a city located in Okaloosa County, Florida. It is a principal city of the Fort Walton Beach-Crestview-Destin, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Located on Florida's Emerald Coast, Destin is known for its white beaches and emerald green waters. Originating as a small fishing village, it is now a popular tourist destination. According to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, over 80 percent of the Emerald Coast's 4.5 million visitors each year visit Destin. The city styles itself "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village", and claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.

Destin is located on Florida's Emerald Coast, which gets its name from its beautiful, clear green water. Beaches here have extremely fine, soft. The city is located on a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico from Choctawhatchee Bay. The peninsula was originally a barrier island.

Clearwater Beach is characterized by white sand beaches stretching for 2.5 miles (4 km) along the Gulf and sits on a barrier island. It has a full marina on the Intracoastal Waterway side and is linked on the south by a short bridge to another barrier island called Sand Key, where Sand Key Park is located.

Clear Water Beach's well-deserved reputation as one of America's finest beaches has lured countless families and couples to its broad, sandy shores and beachfront hotels. Clearwater Beach straddles the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and tranquil Tampa Bay to the east. 

This location between the 2 waters and Clearwater's proximity to Tampa offer visitors ample activities, such as shopping, restaurants, and fun activities such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, boat tours,  miniature golf, fishing charters, pirate ship cruises, sunbathing on white-sand beaches, diving into a game of beach volleyball, renting fishing boats, taking a dolphin-watching cruise, heading to a mainland museum or aquarium. Clearwater has frequently been ranked one of the best beaches in the United States.

Clearwater Memorial Causeway Greenway Trail : It is a 2.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Clearwater Beach, FL that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.

Location : Clearwater Beach is approximately 20 miles (30 km) from Tampa International Airport and 25 miles (40 km) from downtown Tampa.

Deerfield Beach

Deerfield Beach is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. It is located just south of the Palm Beach County line. Deer field Beach is located very close to Pompano Beach.

To experience the South Florida's beaches without encountering large crowds, then the best option is Deerfield Beach. The city’s award-winning "Blue Wave" beach earned that designation from the Clean Beach Council, based on its excellent water quality, beach conditions, safety services, public information and habitat conservation policies. Also Deerfield Beach provides the attractive shopping, Quiet Waters Park and dining opportunities.

Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier : The 976 foot Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier is the crowning jewel on the beach, attracting thousands of visitors and fisherman annually. In addition to renting fishing rods, the pier concession stocks live, fresh and frozen bait, tackle, fishing accessories, ice and t-shirts.
